Refund Policy

Annual subscription (Rs 699 in India, $24.99 elsewhere)

• 7-day refund. If you are not happy, email support@mysigames.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, provided you have used less than 10% of your included screens.
• After 7 days, or after more than 10% of the allowance is used, the subscription is not refundable. You keep access until it ends.
• If the service is unavailable for a long period because of us, contact us and we will make it right (extension or refund).

Extra screens (top-ups)

• Top-ups that you have not used at all can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
• Screens that have been used are not refundable. Unused top-up screens expire 12 months after your latest top-up purchase.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. When a subscription is refunded, the product key is deactivated.

Cancelling

The subscription is a one-time yearly purchase and does not renew automatically. You do not need to cancel anything. We will remind you by email before it ends.

Not eligible

• Keys shared with other people or used on more devices than allowed.
• Use that breaks our Terms of Use (including use against exam, interview or workplace rules).
• AI answers that were wrong. AI can make mistakes; check anything important.
